• PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! If your address is incorrect it will not be delivered to you and I don’t offer to replace or reship any mail that is lost due to being given an incorrect address. IF it does get sent back to me, I can reship it if you pay for a new shipping label in order to do so. 

• Orders must be placed by a person 18 years or older, or with adult supervision/permission.

• All orders are packed in a home with pets, so I can’t guarantee that the package will totally be animal hair free! :P 

• No returns or exchanges or cancellations at this current moment, thank you for understanding!

We currently don’t ship internationally :/ 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 please allow 5-7 business days for me to process your order before shipping it out. Once shipped, delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks. 

What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once your package is shipped, I can no longer control it’s delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, I recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. As a small business owner, I’m not able to offer replacement or refunds.

Who handles my package?

All orders are shipped by USPS with tracking. Due to shipping regulations we are currently only accepting orders from the USA only.

United States: 5-7 business days 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on unforeseen delays 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact me at Aprilparkshop@gmail.com and I will try to assist you in tracking your package!

We are currently not accepting returns or refunds or exchanges at the moment :) Thank you for understanding.
